NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Montebello will hold a Public Hearing via Zoom on the 18th day of November 2021 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of conducting hearings for the following matter: Application of Westrock Pool and Spa, 21 N. Middletown Road, Nanuet, NY 10954, which was submitted to the Village of Montebello Zoning Board of Appeals for an area variance for: Rear Yard [required 20 feet + 10 feet = 30 feet, proposed 25.6 feet] per Section 195-13, Use Group m, Column 10 and Section 195-57D of the code of the Village of Montebello. The Applicant has constructed an accessory swimming pool that encroaches into the required rear yard at 35 Par Road, Montebello, NY 10901. The property is located on the north side of Par Road at the intersection of Champion Parkway in the Village of Montebello, which is designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 48.20 Block 1 Lot 81 in the RR-50 Zone. All members of the public and all interested parties are invited to attend and participate. The Application will be available for inspection and review electronically or at the Village Office during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
