On Thursday, March 28, 2024, at 3:30 p.m., the Planning Board of the Village of Montebello will conduct a workshop to discuss a proposed Local Law amending Chapter 195 to adjust the standards for the Rural Preservation Overlay District to promote the preservation of the Minetto Farm Historic Farmhouse and allowing the creation of five lots with twenty dwelling units. The Planning Board will then offer it’s recommendations to the Board of Trustees for consideration.
The Workshop will take place in the Senior Center at Village Hall, One Montebello Road, Montebello, NY 10901.
The Parcel is located at 220 Spook Rock Road, on the east side of Spook Rock Road 250 feet south of Topaz Court in the Village of Montebello, which is designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 49.13 Block 1 Lot 13 in the ER-80 Zone.
