PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Historic Preservation and Parks Commission (HPPC) will be holding a public hearing at Village Hall, One Montebello Road, Montebello, New York on June 30, 2021, beginning at 7:30 pm local time, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, upon the application of 84 Viola Road LLC/Howard Hellman pursuant to Section 195-64C of the Village Code, to determine whether a Certificate of Appropriateness shall be issued, and if so under what conditions, if any, with respect to the site plan known as “84 Viola Road, LLC” located at 84 Viola Road, pertaining to a proposed house of worship, such being located within the Montebello Historic and Scenic Overlay District being within 250 ft. of the centerline of Viola Road.
All interested parties are invited to witness and participate. The application will be available for inspection and review at the Village Office during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or by email upon request.
