NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Planning Board of the Village of Montebello will hold a Public Hearing at the Dr. Jeffrey Oppenheim Community Center, 350 Haverstraw Road, Montebello, New York on the 8th day of August 2023 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of conducting a hearing for the following matter:
Joint application of David Schwartz and David Fried, property owners of 2 Belvedere Path and 4 Belvedere Path respectively, which proposes a subdivision lot line shift conveying 3,264 square feet from 2 to 4 Belvedere Path in order to bring the existing koi pond and landscaped area entirely onto the property at 4 Belvedere Path. The parcels are located on the north side of Belvedere Path, west of the intersection of West Gate Road, and are identified on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 40.19, Block 1, Lots 61 and 60 in Zone RR-50.
All members of the public and all interested parties are invited to attend and participate. The Application will be available for inspection and review at the Village Office during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
