On Wednesday March 29, 2023, at approximately 5 am, three males entered an unlocked residence in the Village of Montebello while the homeowner was asleep. While inside the residence, the suspects located keys to a high-end vehicle parked in the driveway, then subsequently fled the area at a high rate of speed in the homeowner’s vehicle. The investigation is ongoing to identify the suspects and recover the stolen vehicle.
Residents are again reminded to lock the doors to their residence and vehicles and report any suspicious activity to the Ramapo Police Department.
