NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Planning Board of the Village of Montebello will hold a Public Hearing at Montebello Village Hall, One Montebello Road, Montebello, New York on the 8th day of November 2022 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of conducting a hearing for the following matter:
Application of MSC of Montebello, 34 Montebello Road, Montebello, NY 10901 for an Amended Site Plan and Special Permit to operate a school of general instruction for up to 200 students in the existing Synagogue. The parcel is located on the south side of Montebello Road approximately 50 feet west of the intersection of Mile Road in the Village of Montebello, which is designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 48.19 Block 1 Lot 42 in the LO-C /RR-50 Zones.
All members of the public and all interested parties are invited to attend and participate. The application will be available for inspection and review at the Village Office during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or by email upon request.
