NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Planning Board of the Village of Montebello will hold a Public Hearing at the Dr. Jeffrey Oppenheim Community Center, 350 Haverstraw Road, in the Village of Montebello, New York on the 8th day of April 2025 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of conducting a hearing for the following matter:
Application of Jacob Leitner, 8 Henry Court, Montebello, NY for a Special Permit to use the existing home as a Residential Gathering Plance per the standards of §195-79.1 of the code of the Village of Montebello. The Parcel is located on the north side of Henry Court, approximately 310 feet north of the intersection of Zeck Court, and is shown on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 48.10 Block 1 Lot 36 in the R-35 Zone.
All members of the public and interested parties are invited to attend and participate. The Application will be available for inspection and review at the Village Office during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m, or they can be accessed through the links below.
