NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Planning Board of the Village of Montebello will hold a Public Hearing at the Dr. Jeffrey Oppenheim Community Center, 350 Haverstraw Road, in the Village of Montebello, New York on the 8th day of July, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of conducting a hearing for the following matters:
Application of Masa Estate Holdings Corp., 130 East Route 59, Spring Valley, NY for an amended site plan/subdivision entitled “Stonehedge Farm” to relocate the detention pond from Lot 12 into the 200-foot preservation buffer. The Property is located on the east side of Spook Rock Road, approximately 2000 feet from the intersection of Carlton Road, and is shown on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 49.13 Block 1 Lot 13 in the ER-80 Zone.
Application of Rella Owner LLC, 95 Chestnut Ridge Road, Montvale, New Jersey 07645 to amend an approved special use permit and site plan for construction of six buildings for use as warehouses and/or flex space on an 18.5 acre commercial lot. This proposal replaces a previously approved large warehouse and self-storage facility. The Parcel is located on the north side or Rella Boulevard at the intersection of North Airmont Avenue, and is shown on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 55.08 Block 1 Lot 6 in the LO-C Zone.
