ACG Warehouse & Distribution–100/300 Rella Boulevard, Montebello, NY S/B/L 55.08-1-5/6     Application of ACG Acquisitions LLC, 95 Chestnut Ridge Road, Montvale, NJ 07645.  The Applicant is requesting and amendment of the Special Permit granted on April 11, 2023 for the proposed warehouse. (This application does not affect the proposed self-storage building)  The parcels are located at 100-300 Rella Boulevard, on the north side of Rella Boulevard at the intersection of North Airmont Road in the Village of Montebello, which is designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 55.08, Block 1, Lots 5 and 6 in the LO-C Zone.
