During the month of December, customers residing on the streets listed below will be recipients of Smart Meter installations. The scheduled outbound message notifying customers that they are approximately 10 days from receiving their Smart Meter will be sent a week in advance of the installation occurring. This notification is the third outreach and education effort in O&R’s, PSC approved, customer notification process.

O&R contractor, Aclara will be conducting the Smart Meter installations. Contractors will be wearing contractor badges and bright yellow vests and helmets that read Aclara. Additionally, contractor vehicles are wrapped in the color orange with O&R’s logo, Aclara’s logo and the slogan “Smart Meters coming your way”.
