NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Planning Board of the Village of Montebello will hold a Public Hearing via Zoom on the 9th day of June 2020 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of conducting a hearing for the following matter:
Application of Manhattan Beer, 10-20 Dunnigan Drive, Montebello, New York 10901 which was submitted to the Village of Montebello Planning Board for an amended site plan and lot line merge. The Applicant proposes to merge the two parcels for the construction of an addition to the two existing buildings, the relocation of the railroad track at the south property line, the construction of a loading platform with a canopy, and a parking deck on the north side of the parcel. The properties are located on the north side of Dunnigan Drive, approximately 200 feet west of the intersection of Airmont Road in the Village of Montebello, which are known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 55.07, Block 1, Lots 11 and 12 in the PI Zone
MEETING LOGIN INFORMATION WILL BE POSTED ON THE VILLAGE WEBSITE ON THE DAY OF THE MEETING AT www.villageofmontebello.org All members of the public and all interested parties are invited to attend and participate.
