PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Historic Preservation and Parks Commission (HPPC) of the Village of Montebello will be holding a public hearing via *Zoom on July 6, 2022, beginning at 7:30 pm local time, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, upon the application of Todd Rosenblum, Architect, pursuant to Section 195-64C of the Village Code, to determine whether a Certificate of Appropriateness shall be issued, and if so under what conditions, if any, with respect to the vacant property located at 131 Spook Rock Road, Montebello, New York, for the construction of a single family home with a horseshoe driveway that lies within the Historic and Scenic Overlay District being within 250 ft. of the centerline of Spook Rock Road.
All interested parties are invited to witness and participate. The application will be available for inspection and review at the Village Office during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or by email upon request.
