PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Historic Preservation and Parks Commission (HPPC) of the Village of Montebello will be holding a public hearing on February 7, 2024, beginning at 7:30 pm local time, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, upon the application of Eagle Eye Realty, LLC, c/o Eli Wells, pursuant to Section 195-64C of the Village Code, to determine whether a Certificate of Appropriateness shall be issued, and if so, under what conditions, if any, with respect to an as-built shed that lies within the Historic and Scenic Overlay District being within 250 feet of the centerline of Spook Rock Road as shown on the site plan entitled “Eagle Eye Realty.” The property is located at 196 Spook Rock Road, Montebello, New York, which is situated on the east side of Spook Rock Road, distant 1500 feet from the intersection of Viola Road, and is identified on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 49.09 Block 1 Lot 12 in the RR-50 Zone.
All interested parties are invited to witness and participate. The application will be available for inspection and review at the Village Office during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or by email upon request.
