Airmont Road, Montebello, NY  55.08-1-4  Application of Aaron Berger of Jersey Realty Management Properties, LLC, PO Box 415, Monsey, New York 10952 which was submitted to the Village of Montebello Zoning Board of Appeals for area variances for:  side yard [*required 7.5 ft, proposed 2.5 ft]; front yard [required 50 ft, proposed 24.4 ft]; Lot area [required *39,458 sf, proposed 37,290 sf]; Minimum lot width [required *149.5 ft, proposed 135 ft] and parking space size [required 20 ft, proposed 17.5 ft] per Sec. 195-13 bulk table use group H, and Sec. 195-29 A of the zoning code of the Village of Montebello.   The Applicant is proposing a parking lot expansion for the existing office building at 49 N. Airmont Road to accommodate overflow parking.  The property is situated on the south side of N. Airmont Road, approximately 1000 feet east of Rella Boulevard in the Village of Montebello, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 55.08, Block 1, Lot 4 in the LO-C Zone.          *Variance granted in ZBA resolution 1074
